Elizabeth Brown

I have my Education Assistant Certificate and worked for a few years as an EA as well as a Preschool Teacher at a Montessori in Calgary Alberta. I also have lots of experience working with individuals (mostly children) with disabilities and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. I moved to Newfoundland to be with family and pursued the Aircraft Structural Repair Technician Certificate .I wanted to try something new and step outside my comfort zone, besides, education is never a waste! I worked in Home Care in early Spring through the Summer but was truly missing being with children and helping them learn and grow. I am excited to be working at Happy Times Pre-School and look forward to something new and exciting every day.

I worked at Happy Times when I first graduated from the ECE program in 2005 until late 2006. I am so happy to be back! Ann Peters / E.C.E Entry Level

I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to work with children. Their creativity, carefree spirit and individuality are heightened in these early formative years and it is such an inspiring environment to be lucky enough to work in. Being able to watch each child grow and develop as individuals is something I hold very dear to my heart. When I'm not at Happy Times, I can usually be found keeping up with my studies at Memorial University or relaxing at home.
